CELL CORE BROWING MACHINE (DYSA-1000/3000)

When (1) manufacturing casting products, we first shape (2) the mold with (3) wood after which we mold the casting. With the mold manufactured in advance as in (3), we manufacture the necessary equipment and line for the production of sand shapes. We have two types of equipment with different working methods and the oil-pressure type casting line is designed and manufactured according to the volume.

Oil-pressure type casting line

This line is a logistics line that uses 1 m frames to automatically insert casting for mass production. It is a semiautomatic line making products for the automobile, shipbuilding and construction industries, among others.
