Compared to existing direct roasters, Taehwan’s hot blast roaster quickly responds to set temperature, which makes adjusting roasting easier. The roaster exposes ingredients to high temperature momentarily so that it brings about excellent puffing. It is ideal for roasting cereals, baby food, grain powders, tea or sauces 1. Excellent level of puffingIt achieves an excellent level of puffing because ingredients are subjected to a high temperature hot blast for a short period of time. The degree of puffing can be controlled by processing time, temperature and moisture content setting. A wide variety of food can be roasted since the apparatus responds quite readily to the set temperature 2. Maximization of heat efficiencyOur Hot Blast Roaster uses a 250~280? hot blast which instantly passes through every kernel of the ingredient. As a result each kernel is heated evenly in a floating state, which enables the roasting level of the ingredients to be consistent and allows for complete roasting in three minutes. The hot blast system responds to the set temperature so that only a short preheating time is needed to make the heating process efficient. 3.
