Drum Roaster (THCR-06)

THCR06 is used for large domestic roasteries or small coffee factories. Cooling-efficiency is especially excellent as it is equipped with a special cooling and exhaustion blower.

Feature

1. Semi-hot blast type

THCR06 achieves rich flavor with a roasting system that uses radiant heat and hot blast. Compared to direct drum types, roasting system based on uniform heat distribution and hot blast gets good results even for beginners. It ensures a perfectly uniform roasting result even during dark roasting.

2. Maximization of heat efficiency

Excellent roasting is realized through its unique drum structure and gas burner portion making it possible to complete the roasting in about 15 minutes.

3. Precise control of displacement

Excellent taste and flavor is achieved through precise control of displacement by damper adjusting function.

4. Rapid cooling system

Rapid cooling after roasting completion is an important factor to maintain taste and flavor. THCR06 completes cooling in three minutes using a powerful blower.

5. Safety system

THCR06 is designed to shut off the gas valve when the exhaust blower stops. If it reaches the set temperature during the process, it stops supplying gas.

6. (Optional) Smoke removal device : Afterburner

It is a cyclone-type device and can be set on the top part of the roaster. It is very simple to install and does not occupy much space. It has high efficiency of smoke removal under dark roasting and is not affected by frequent use, therefore it is suitable for the coffee processing industry as a smoke removal device.
