Principle of eliminating static electricity
If you connect the brush to objects with static electricity, an unequal electric fleld forms and the air near the brush where the power of electric field strengthens is ionized. These opposite electric charges within this ionized area are attracted to electrification objects. So anti-static occurs from bonding and neutralization with electric charges of these objects.
