Principle of Operation
The OilZero Module is a specially engineered compressed air filter for virtually eliminating oil and lubricant carryover, while drastically reducing the pressure drop associated with traditional coalescing filters. Each OilZero filter has a long-lasting element that uses the principles of Brownian Motion and depth of penetration to minimize pressure loss and remove oil.

Particle removal efficiency 0.1 micron: 99.98%
Clean dry pressure drop: Less than 0.07 kg/cm2
Maximum inlet temperature: 60ºC
Meets ISO 8573-1 Class 1 for particulate and oil concentration
Low pressure drop means energy savings
Removal of oil, aerosols, and particulates from compressed air
Protection of compressed air dryers, processes, and pneumatic equipment from oil and lubricant contamination
5 year element life
