Super Air Heater is required for each type of industrial process. Rapid heating is enabled with the

minimum size for spot heating (partial heating) by using the compressor air. This heater is

absolutely required for precise temperature control for non-contact heating as a eco-friendly

product without odor and pollution.

How to use

* First, check if the voltage of heater is 110V or 220V.

* Check if there is any foreign substance or humidity at the compressor.

(Humidity and foreign substance shall shorten the life-span of the heater)

* Air filter must be mounted to the compressor without exception.

? How to supply power before using the heater

* Please make sure to supply adequate volume of air by using air compressor before supply

power to the heater.

* After supplying air, please adjust the power of heater from low voltage to the rated working

voltage by using Voltage Regulator (TPR- Thyristor Power Regulator).

* Maintain adequate volume of air without interruption (Life-span of heater is depending on this).

? How to supply power after using the heater

* Cut the power to heater from the rated voltage to 0 voltage while continuously supplying air

* Air shall be cut when power to air compressor is cut after elalse of 30 seconds after cutting the

power to heater.
