Heating Film(all coated type/stripe type)

The heating film is made with P.E.T film which has insulating, flame resistant and waterproof qualities and conjugate fiber with strengthening and insulation effects.

P.E.T film and conjugated fiber is synthesized to make base film and coated with carbon.

Electrodes are created with copper foil, followed by a laminating process, resulting in a 6 fold conjugated layers of a state of the art film heating.

The best technology

The film heater of it glows when carbon is coated on PET film synthesized with PE resin. The process is used with precise application technology which allows the thickness to be less than 1 micron. After 72 hours of heat treatment at 70 degrees, the heating film will be semi permanent unless cut with scissors.
