What is a red ginseng?

The selected fresh ginseng (six years old) is steamed to dry without peeling the zest to turn yellow-brown or red-brown, containing the collaterals of bioactive substances (saponin), an ingredient unique to red ginseng only unlike the fresh ginseng and white ginseng. The red ginseng rarely is degraded even when being stored for a long time.

Usage / dosage

- For adults, take one bag two to three times a day. When taken warmly heated, the deep flavor of

the ginseng gets stronger.

- Regular intake for a certain period of time will yield significant effect although this cannot be

articulated in advertisements as related by the laws.

- For adolescents, take one bag in the morning and one in the evening. For adults and kids, split a

bag into two servings a day.
