[Summary of water cleaning system]

After unloading to the conveyor belt, scraps need to be removed from the returning belt. First, nozzle sprays water to remove the remaining scraps. The top roller and bottom roller push water off the belt. Second, a cleaner is used to scrape out remaining scraps, Top and bottom rollers are used again to push remaining water off the belt.

[Functions of water cleaning system]

?Tension control device : controls height of top roller to control belt tension

?Top roller : It pushed the belt to touch bottom roller prependicularly.

?Bottom roller : It is coated with rubber to remove water easily, and the point that touches the belt removed water and dust.

?Step 1 - auto tension cleaner : tip is made out of super light alloy, and it removes dust on belt surface.

?Step 2 - cleaning : remove fine dust and water that were not removed from the first step.

?Auto valve : cleaning water should be supplied only when the conveyor belt is functioning. This valve controls cleaning water when the belt is not functioning.

?Sewer : It discharges cleaning water to remove dust. Drain pipe is installed in an angle so that dust does not pile up.

?Heat plate : It is installed on the bottom of the slope of the sewer. Used during the winter season to prevent cleaning water from freezing.

?Heating coil : protects pipe from freezing during the winter season.

?Automatic control box : controls all devices.
