When applied to 1.8v electricity, EMLSI SDRAMs can refresh some blocks apiece (PASR: Partial Array Self Refreshment), change Refreshment frequency in accordance with chip temperature (Auto TCSR: Temperature Compensated Self Refreshment), turn off all the internal power to cut down on “Power Switch Cost” (DPD: Deep Power Down) and adjust driver strength depending on usage.
