Fresh Paprika

Description Paprika is an annual plant belonged to Solanaceae family, Capsicum genus and Annuum species and one of 6 pepper subspecies of which type is a representative sweet pepper with twisted pepper featuring little impure taste and various colors, for which paprika is very widely used for salad or when a dish requires colors. In addition, comparing to red pepper species, the sweet species such as twisted pepper and paprika are developed normally in northen countries, so U.S, European countries, Brazil and Japan have cultivated a lot, and while our dietary life is getting familiar with western style, we've got more demand. To meet the increased demand, paprika is cultivated a lot in greenhouse or plastic house facilities.
