Doul Germanium Garlic

What is Doul Germanium Garlic?   Doul Germanium Garlic does not means that garlic specially injected germanium ingredient during cultivating it, but means that the garlic are processed to keep and conserve its functionality such as germanium, etc. through management procedure and processing procedure after harvesting it. Therefore we named it not just Germanium Garlic, but Doul Germanium Garlic.    We use only garlic of Namhae, Korea.  Doul Agricultural Farming Corp. was appointed as production base distribution center operator in 1998 and we believe that our business is mandatorily for commercializing garlic of Namhae, Korea, which may be sole means of Doul's being. Therefore, we only use garlic produced in Namhae, Korea.  Management after harvesting garlic for conserving its functionality. Optimized temperature for plant's survival has deviation of about 15 celsius and as for garlic, it is 10-25 celsius. Plant's survival limted temperature is optimized temperature ±15 celsius and as for garlic, it is -5~40 celsius. Temperature to most strongly grow plant's fruit is 15 celsius difference between daytime and nighttime.Therefore, plant growing at foothill has good merchantability. The temperature of the most good taste is optimized growing temperature ±10 celsius and as for garlic can be between 0 celsius and 35 celsius. Doul Agricultural Farming Corp. researches garlic and practices its result in order to maximize garlic's functionality in management and storage after harvesting it.  We try to keep garlic's functionality.   Garlic is soaked in water, and then compressed air is used for peeling garlic. But soaking it in water and peeling it are too much insanitary because of water injection to garlic's alive cells. Such garlic loses almost all garlic's functionality. In the case of using compressed air, drying is a problem. If it is dried in the temperature over 40 celsius, productivity can be increased but its functionality are lost. We manages temperature during processing garlic in order to keep its functionality. When garlic is peeled by using compressed air after drying it, we can't avoid to hurt garlic a little and strange materials such as dust, etc. are stuck at the hurt. Therefore, We perform pulverized washing prior to selecting procedure by using 15 celsius underground rock water, we make an effort to keep garlic's functionality during processing it through removing strange materials, cooling heat generated by peeling process, and cold water coating effect.
