The electrode bar heat directly water from electric power.  That means electric current pass directly to water.  So water is heated with physical reaction.   3)  both Electric boiler and electrode/ionic boiler use electric power. But in case of electric boiler, it gets in directly from electric power. So it uses fixed electric power.  In case of electrode/ionic boiler, you can find technical difference in order that it heats water with lower electric power.   4) If so, electric boiler and electrode/ionic boiler, heater bar and electrode bar’s the energy source is electricity.  As you know, Calorie is 1Kwh = 860 Kcal in electric engineering.
