TS-100/200 (Silicone softener) AS-100, a silicone group softener developed for cotton, T/C mixed fiber, and polyester, provides softness and enhances basting and wrinkle recovery. When it is used as a softening agent, it obtains more prominent softness than the traditional silicone group softeners.2. When it is used as resin processing agent, it is extremely effective for preventing the deterioration of solidity.3. Because it is silicone resin with unique molecular structure, unlike traditional denaturalized silicone oil, it provides unique softness that shows smooth softness on the fiber surface and cozy volume in the fiber interior at the same time.4. It provides best function to acryl, wool, knitted cotton, and various polyester fabrics including fleece, velour, sea island cotton yarn, and woven fabrics. Also it is superior in softening process of yarn dyeing like cotton T/C, etc. Directions Differing to a certain degree depending on the used materials, 1-2% padding process should be done.
