Coal based columnar activated carbon of "Yedao", selecting high quality Taixi anthracite coal and Shanxi coal as raw material, is refined by the processes of crushing to powder, blending, moulding, carbonization, activation and selection. It is black cylindrical particle or black unshaped particles, with the advantages of developed pore structure, large specific surface area, reasonable particle distribution, high adsorption ability and hardness.
