Painting and marking processes

1. 1st undercoating process

Firstly, primer coating will be applied to carry out the urethane paint work for protecting the surface of a golf ball. The error rate of a product is minimized due to the automation facilities across all the processes.

2. Marking process

When it comes to the logo printer, the state-of-the-art 5-color printing equipment of Canada Kent is used and as high-tech UV ink is used, the product is highly durable in terms of friction-resistance and heat-resistance properties, helpful in reducing the peeling off of the logo due to strokes, which has been a weak point of the product.
