Tiger PolyUrethane Foam

One Component Poly-Urethane Foam One-comp. moisture cure semi-rigid polyurethane foam(OCF) is easily usable and applicable. The foam is self-expanding and during the curing process expands about two times.  And OCF has an excellent adhesion on wood, concrete, stone, metal etc. The surfaces can be moist, but not frosted or iced. The cured foam is not toxic and has self-extinguishing properties.  Characteristics -       Excellent adhesion on most materials (except PE/PP, Silicone, Teflon) -       High thermal insulation and sound absorption -       Very good filling capacities -       Excellent mounting capacities -       Excellent stability (no shrink)   Applications - Installing and mounting of window- and doorframes  - Filling of cavities or cavities around pipes  - Sealing of all openings in roof constructions  - Connecting of insulation materials and roof constructions  - Application of a soundproofing layer on motors  - Improving thermal isolation in cooling systems STORAGE  AND SAFETY - The aerosol cans must be stored in a vertical position under room temp.  - Content under pressure. Exposure to temperatures over + 50 °C may cause bursting.  - Contains diphenylmethane-4,4’-diisocyanate. Harmful by inhalation. Irritating to eyes,    respiratory system and skin.
