It wets highly plasticized or very hydrophobic compounds and provides excellent release for very tacky compounds, because it is formulated with premium fillers that are wetted out with a superior surfactant system. Recommended for use in air-cooled slab operation and 3-7% solids. Characteristics HISOL was developed to respond to the need for a new fine powdered pigmented,water soluble, non-dusting slab dip. Dilution can be accomplished easily, by adding the powder to water that is already being stirred. After mixing 20 to 30 minuter, it will exhibit non-foaming non-settling and release performance.
