Deinking Agent

Descriptions DEINK-KDA is a surfactant type deinking agent. It has excellent biodegradability and it is appropriate for FLOTATION SYSTEM. It is effective for the deinking of ONP. Physical Properites Appearance Light yellow liquid pH 6.5 ± 0.5(1% solution) Ionic character Nonionic Solubility Readily soluble in cold water Feature Collects ink effectively as a lot of foams are generated in the FLOTATION PROCESS. Improves whiteness as the surfactant used penetrates into the PULP and decomposes ink effectively. Prevents yellowing as its pH is neutral. Reduces load to the wastewater treatment center as it is SOFT TYPE. Application Put as follows for the dry paper stock in the pulper or FLOTATER. Sodium hydroxide : 1 - 2% DEINK - KDA : 0.5 - 1.5 % Sodium silicate : 2 - 3% Safety When used properly, DEINK-KDA does not cause any health hazard.
