Description Rheoflow VIS-740 reduces plastisol viscosity of inorganic, organic pigments and fillers. It reduces the interfacial tension between the hydrophylic pigments/extenders and the hydrophobic plasticizers, forming a lattice structure with the pigments at the same time. And also it effects the controlled flocculation of pigments and extenders. Composition Medium volatile aliphatic hydrocarbons with neutral wetting and dispersing components for filled and unfilled systems. Properties Solidification point <-15°C Density(20°C) 0.83g/cm3 Refractive index 1.452 Flash point 105°C Advantages Reduces viscosity of inorganic pigments and fillers. Allows a higher pigment loading. Improves color strength and shortens dispersion time. Has a very low yield point for improved flow and levelling. Applications PVC Plastisols (Highly filled) (Low/Unfilled) (Foamed) (Pigmented) Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods Rheoflow VIS-740 can be added 1% ~ 7.5% of delivery form on the PVC resins. Added during the production of the plastisol or shortly before processing.
