Description Hicure AC-130 is based on alkylbenzenesulfonic acid blocked with a specialized amine derivatives. Especially it can give fast cure and lower curing temperatures for the thermoset curing system e.g. PCM(coil), automotive, can coatings. Composition Alkylbenzenesulfonic acid blocked with specialized amine Properties Appearance Clear, amber liquid Active content 24 ~ 26 % PH 3.5 ~ 4.5 (1:1 with DI water) Density(25°C) 1.13 ~ 1.17 Solvent Ethylene Glycol Advantages Fast cure and lower cure temperatures Excellent hardness, gloss, humidity and corrosion resistance Good mechanical properties Excellent controlling popping and blistering Applications All solvent based banking systems- Alkyds, Acrylics, Polyesters and Epoxies with amino crosslinking agents include Melamines, Ureas, Glucolurils and Benzoguanamines. High solids coatings are based upon low molecular weight resins and aminoformaldehyde crosslinkers Automotive, coilcoatings, general industries, appliances etc. Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods In coatings on total resin solids, 2.0~5.0% of delivery form. Hicure AC-130 is easily incorporated into coating formulations by the standard mixing operation.
