Description Rheoflow LP-2000 is composed of high boiling aromatics, ketones and esters solvents for use on levelling and defoaming control agent in solvent based coating systems. Composition Combination of high boiling aromatics, ketones and esters. Properties Non-volatile matter <1.0% Flash point 43°C Appearance Clear liquid Density(25°C) 0.860±0.02 Solvent Alkylbenzenes/Diisobutylketone/Dipentene=14/5/1 Advantages Excellent flow and levelling properties. Good prevent craters, pinholes, needles, blisters and orange peel. Good defoaming control effect Prevent boiling marks and improve leveling. Applications (Powder coating) All solvent based baking systems. - Polyester/Melamine, Alkyd/Melamine, Acryl/Melamine, Epoxy etc. All solvent based air drying systems. - Chlorianted rubber paints, NC-modified paint. - Epoxy and polyurethanes. Recommended Amounts and Incorporation Methods In coatings on total formulation, 2% ~ 7% of delivery form. Rheoflow LP-2000 can be added to the any stage of the production process including post addition.
