This product is not added with anti-caking agent or other chemical additives.  Its rich mineral contents, such as calcium, magnesium, etc, harden the pectin contents in vegetables used for pickles or Kimchi, preventing the softening. Ce produit ne contient pas de produits chimiques comme l'anticoagulant. Si on l'utilise pour saumurer des concombres ou pour preparer le Kimchi, beacoup de mineraux comme le calcium et le magnesium durcissent des substances pectiques des legumes, ce qui empeche leur amollissenent.
