Conveyor systems are driven by two variable speed, totally enclosed motors; one for the submerge and one for the takeout conveyor. Both conveyors feature durable woven wire mesh belt with roller chain edges. Self-locking motorized screw jacks raise the hood and conveyors clear of the pan for complete inspection and access. Under the hood, a clean-in-place system includes a separate spray nozzle for installation in the exhaust stack. Continuous circulation of externally heated cooking oil keeps fines in suspension. At least once a minute, 100% of the oil in the cooking system circulates through a motorized catch box for continuous fines removal. Together with economically low oil volume, these features provide rapid oil turnover rates and consistently low FFA levels. Fresh oil makeup is automatic oil level control system.
