INLET CONVEYOR INLET CHAIN CONVEYOR NLET LIFTER POCKET FEEDING CHAIN CONVEYOR WALKING & KICKER   [ Estimation and problem solution of pipe coating plant ] It was designed to come forward in succession with washing and coating a round (or square) pipe that become charging consecutively by Roll conveyor. There are problems in manufacture, transportation and installation because the structure of this system is complex. Pretreatment à Washing ( cleaning ( with milling oil) : 5 ~ 10 sec., air blowder : 5 ~ 10 sec.)Moisture dry oven & coating dry oven  à M.F Heater. We lowered equipment price greatly by method such as upside. ( usual line : \3,000,000,000 ~ 4,000,000,000.-  , Developed plant : \500,000,000.-) Environmental problem about wastewater and air pollutionWe reduced displacement from coating booth by lower than acceptable level to solve problem about wastewater and air pollution. And we install the paint-withdrawal device to solve wastewater and air pollution problem. This solves environmental problem and reduced burden of environmental problem in future equipment planning. Cost reduction of Paint A) comparison of Paint cost reduction according to coating method Brush coatingCoating that do by brush is convenient to coat big product freely and it is advantage that unnecessary consumption of coating material does not exist. But, it is not suitable to a pipe for mass production. Air-spray coatingIt is easy to handle the air-spray coating and widely used because various shape and size can be coated and fine view is superior. But a paint is dispersed too much and coating efficiency is low. And the cost of equipment for mass production is expensive.So it make environment problem with dispersed paint. The consumption of paint is increased. Air-less spray coatingThis is the method which meet your need. The liquid in commonness and High-viscosity are atomized efficiently and the particle is thin relatively and uniform.Because air-less spray do not use air to be atomized, work-efficiency is high and waste of paint is decreased much. Electrical coloringThere are two ways to do color-coating by electric method, electrostatic coating. In this method,- coating thicknesses equal- surface gloss is excellent- coating is available by discharge of small quantity.But this is used for small product and the price of equipment is very expensive.   B) Cost reduction with equipmentWe got a patent of this plant which was developed for paint cost reduction and protecting environment. In current coating plant, the A/C tower is equipped behind paint boot. But, because a dispersed paint is radiated without filtering from paint booth, A/C tower can not prevent the air pollution and more than 70% of paint is wasted. So we developed the paint recycling system which can take 90% of paint from waste paint and save the paint cost.
