As time passed, mankind learned how to control this entity and thus science was born. Superconducting Magnet Technology is our science now and of the future. As technology advances, so too does the problem of depleting our natural resources and polluting our environment. Superconducting Magnet Technology holds the key to our future,as it helps eliminate these problems by controlling pollution and protecting our environment. This technology is the first of its kind in Korea, and Duksung is proud to be in the forefront of its creation. Superconducting MRI Magnet Technology MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) projectors utilize strong magnetic fields in the hydrogen atoms that compose the human body and create magnetic resonance that then transfers into electronic signals. These signals are vital for medical use. In Korea, there are 250 pieces of MRI equipment and most of them are from foreign manufacturers such as General Electric and Siemens. The price of each piece of equipment is extremely expensive and causes fluctuation in the import flow. Currently, only the Projector Conducting Equipment has been made locally by Madison, and distributed nationally. Therefore, The Korean Electrotechnology Research Institute and Duksung have joined forces to create our own Superconducting Magnet and MRI Magnet systems. As well, Duksung has been devoted to the commercialization of Superconducting Magnet Technology in our market. Through our research, we were able to produce MRI Magnet Equipment that meets quality standards. We anticipate much success from our accomplishments. Which includes being able to reduce the price of MRI Equipment, and taking part in medical advancements by applying technology to medical and clinical research. As a world leader in this industry, we will be able to reduce the import price of this equipment and create a more profitable situation for our country. It is estimated that we will be able to dominate 50% of the domestic market and 3% in the world market. Superconducting Magnet Technology has been regarded as a difficult technology to embrace, and many have turned away from it entirely.
