3700(Expansion separator) Constant pressurization unit is a basic object of a development of a constant pressurization unit for overcoming the problems encountered in an existing close type and open type expansion tank and for decreasing an equipment installation space of a machine chamber by adding an air separator function. Basically, the constant pressurization unit performs a role of an expansion tank but maximizes a tank efficiency like a compressor attachment type expansion tank, and a small compact size is achieved. It is designed so that pressure is not applied to tank by forcibly supplying by using a pump differently from an existing pressure tank type for a high rise building, so that a reliable operation is obtained as an expansion tank. Some problems occurring when it is installed at a main pipe are overcome by providing a tank with a function of an air separator, and a space efficiency of a machine chamber is enhanced. This system controls the expansion caused by the liquid temperature difference in the heating and cooling system by using expansion tank.
