EV Brake Vacuum Pump (SMVP 0500)

Introduction SMVP0500 is used for EV, Hybrid as well as brake-aid for Gasoline Vehicles. The DC motor this pump uses has strong durability with dipolar brush type and excellent mobility, which makes it semi-permanent. The Product consists of Pump & Motor. Exceptionally if need controlling, it can attach Check Valve, Air Hose, Vacuum Switch and Nipple. The Product does not have a silencer and is specially designed for lower noise. It's preventing overheating and reducing noise of vacuum pump as the way of exhaust by circulating air inside the Motor. In the case of competitor's pump, when sufficient vacuum is generated and the motor stops, the air can flow back due to the vacuum in the pump chamber and hose through the check-valve of the booster, which will lead gto contamination of the pump chamber. However ours has a check valve in the exhaust port to protect the chamber and to always maintain in a vacuum in the pump chamber. This is the patent of our product.
