BONDThis product is made of diamond powder and twice processed, high cohesive, minute fine ceramic powder with powerful cohesion.And then it is sintered at a high temperature. The sintered product is impregnated with phenol resin and the "A" ingredient with a free cutting property and is added to make uniform blowholes and improve chip discharging ability.

Has an excellent free-cutting property compared to vitrified diamond wheels.
Minimizes the damage depth of grinded silicone wafer surfaces.
Makes the flat surface of grinded silicone wafers.
Its excellent free cutting property guarantees uniform damage depth of the center and the edges.
As a high temperature fine ceramic powder bone, it has superior abrasion resistance to resin diamond wheels.
It excellent free cutting property makes no chipping on the edges.
