Rolling Mill Plant   This plant is the hot rolling line, and this line produces the raw materials of small and medium type rolling products, iron, round bar, and steel shape using billet. This line is composed of mainly heating furnace, roller table, rolling mill, intermediate mill, and finishing mill. As for the side facilities, there are crop & shear, dividing shear, and pinch roller, etc. Work Range Detail Design Manufacturing Revamping Spot Installation Cooling Bed   This is the finishing line facility of rolling mill plant. It cools, straightens, and cut off the hot rollings to make a product. The quality of product depends upon the accuracy of facility. This line is composed of run in part, straightening plate, rake run out transfer, and run our roller table. The next line is composed of cold shear, counting machine, and binding machine.We have the design and manufacturing technology of the straightening facility and cooling bed which are used for rolling products in various fields, such as steel bar, steel shape, round bar, and plane steel, etc. We aim at perfection for guarantee of performance with the advanced technology assisted by our foreign partner.
