| Raw Material Unwind Assembly Automatic unwind and feeding devices for raw materials For high speed production (800-1,500 ea/min) of sanitary napkin / diaper machines, high speed supplying of raw materials is strongly required, the machines should be designed in consideration of features of each raw/subsidiary material and feeding speed. A servo motor driving system is compulsory for speed link with the main machine. In particular, the stability of a Festoon and a Splicer, which are spliced to new materials without speed reduction when old material is consumed , is the most important factor in this mechanism.
