* Functions

The heated air is distributed at a rapid pace, making it possible for this commercial oven to bake food three to four times faster than other ovens.

* How to Use
1) Ignition
- Turn on the POWER switch and the HEAT switch to ignite.- You will see the temperature displayed and rising.- If the ignition fails, pleas check the power and if there is enough gas.
2) Changing / Setting Temperature
- With the HEAT switch OFF, adjust the temperature with the UP and DOWN buttons. (Range from 0 to 300)- When you push the UP or DOWN button, the temperature will blink for three seconds and then will be set.
3) Changing / Setting Time
- Turn on the conveyor switch. Adjust and set with the UP or DOWN button.
4) Turning Off
- Turn off the HEAT switch. The ventilation fan will make an empty turn for five minutes and then be turned off automatically. - If the temperature does not fall below 100 degrees, the fan will turn for another five minutes and then be turned off. - When the ventilation fan comes to a stop, turn off the POWER switch.
