LOCKIGN HEAD TYPE Design Features The shape is similar to Locking Ring Type without a Locking Ring, and it consists of Reducer or Gear Box, Hub, Head and Self-Energized Gasket. Operating After rotating the Head to the Unlock location by turning the handle on the Gear Box or the Rducer, open the Head. CLAMP RING TYPE Design Features Clamp Ring Type QOC. consists of single or double Handle Bolt, Hub, Head, Split Clamp Ring and Self-Gasket. Standard size is 2"~42", however, various sizes are available on customer's demand. Operating After opening th Split Clamp Ring to the left and the right by turning the Handle Bolt, open the Head. This is application of Double Handle Bolt in which the Plug is connected to the Head. SWING BOLT TYPE Design Features Swing Bolt Type QOC. consists of Eye Bolt, Hub, Head and Self-Energized Gasket. Standard size is 6"~48", however, various sizes are available on customer's demand. Operating After unlocking the Eye Bolt by turnign the Hex Nut, open the Head. EXPLOSION PROOF PANEL LOCAL CONTROL PANEL HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT OPERATING SEQUENCE 1. Check whether isolated, drained and vented completely from all pressures before trying to open up the Closure. 2. Attach the Ratchet Handle to the Gear Box after all the safety inspection for opening up the Closure is completed.
