Safety Valve

 Safety relief valve springs are specially designed and manufactured and tested to guarantee set     point repeatability.    Two-stage stem together with self-aligning disc and stem pivot point through ball joint ensures      correct alignment of the seats and minimize the seat leakage for the spring force is applied      equally at seat surface.    Balance bellows ensures correct valve performance under various back pressure conditions.    The material selection of guiding components ensures no galling of guiding surfaces.    Trim for SSRW (for Liquid service)     -  Specific liquid trim designs give stable operation and full lift at 10% overpressure and discharge         high capacity.    Trim for SSR (for Air, Gas, Steam service)     -  Specific gas and steam trim designs give stable operation and eliminate the damaging effect of         chattering    Choice of disc and nozzle materials coupled with superior lapping techniques and precision     machining provides high degree of seat tightness and good valve performance and continuous      long term protection.    The method of location of attachment to the body avoids transmission of pipe stresses to the      nozzle/disc mating surfaces.
