Die Spotting M/C

 Fixation Frame of the press has been designed to have the sufficient strength and logical structure, suitable to  maintain the fixed position, as essentially required for die spotting  jobs, and this is press is capable of drastically improving the productivity. when making, revising, or  trying out the precision dies.     Restoring  Reverse opening/closing of slider and forwarding/reversing of bolster are the major strengths of this  machine, and it has been designed to have high restoring capability, so that they can be locked at  the original position after the movements.     Maneuverability and Operability Because various buttons, switches, and gauge control valves are placed all together on the control  panel, and because of the use of PLC,its operation is so simple and easy, and because it can be  made to take various and precise movements, maintenance and repair job can be performed with  ease.     Workability  Because bolster is completely pulled out of the machine and reverse action table can be turned  exactly to the set angles, wide variety of die making is possible with ease, and also, micro inching  system has been incorporated to even further increase its workability.    Safety  It has the photo-electric safety feature and gate bar lock cylinder, to insure the safety during operation  or or rest period, and its double safety hydraulic circuit makes the machine stop during operation  under heavy load, without sudden impact on or causing damage to the die or machine.   Uses Precision die making, injection die, automotive die.   Option Parts  - Slide position displayer(Digital Position) - Ejector - Device Slider - Reverse Action Device  (90, 110, 180) - Lock Cylinder - Die Lifter & Q.D.C Device - Micro Inching System - Injection Strarter
