On finally developing super high speed, highly glossy water paint coating method on September 2005, Sambo A-Pack has commercialized all the manufactured products for the first time in Korea. We have improved the disadvantage of water paint, the low quality product with low speed, to highly glossy, super high speed, environment friendly product. Developing competitive technology, we have revolutionized both quality and price. With our modernizing and improving of the facility to full automatic moves, with our standardizing and internationalizing of the quality and environment management, with our effort to lead the distribution system, Sambo A-Pack has certified ISO 9001, ISO14001, INNOBIZ “Aa”. This may be a simple proof that Sambo A-Pack has the world’s best quality management system. Also, as environment friendly, printing and wrapping material manufacturing company, we have introduced CTP, CIP3 system for the first time in Korea. This allowed us to print 1% dot on 300 LPI even onto the common wrapping low quality paper, the utmost best quality with no film printing board. On constantly researching and investing on technology, our R&D center conquered the limits of price and prior technology, developing mass production system with new offset silk metal silver printing technology, 5-6 color separation technology, fragrant offset printing technology & thermo chromic offset printing technology. Also, Sambo A-Pack has secured the technology to freely create, and combine the screen dots, the origin of all printing technology. We provide wrapping material of all area, and are striving to develop special P.O.P labels.
