The paste of JANGMAEUL is the gift of the nature, made using clean water, sunlight, and time in the clean village of Milyang. We use only 100% local beans without other additives or materials. With the science of flavor revived by the clean and natural ingredients fermented in the traditional way, we deliver the carefully handmade, traditional soybean paste to you.
Joseon red pepper paste
We use only the red pepper from Youngyang and Uisung
- Provides a deep, spicy taste through the fermentation for 3–4 months
- Sweet taste of glutinous barley adds more taste to red pepper paste
- Provides excellent barley sprout scent and sweet taste using deep-tasting fermented soybeans
as well as traditional malt
