Label Printing : Once the operator has accepted the data to be printed, the label printing PC complies all the data and controls the label printer. Labels are automatically printed.
Automatic Label Applicator : The label printer is printing reel data measured at the Measuring- and Centering Station on labels by number, bar code, etc.And the Automatic Label Applicator is attaching these printed labels on the wrapped reel body automatically.
Production Reporting : Roll order data and measured Roll weight, diameter and width can be stored in the PC for an extended time. This stored data can be later used for production reporting
