NO-BLAST

GENERAL

NO-BLAST can be applied to just about any rusted iron or steel surface.

It converts rust into a protective layer and protects against future corrosion.

NO-BLAST contains two active ingredients, orthophosphoric acid and oxidizing agent which will react with rust (iron oxide) and chemically converts it to a dark-colored stable material to provide a protective layer.

Because it’s water based, NO-BLAST is environmentally safe, non-flammable, odorless and safe to use. Applications for NO-BLAST include ; vehicles, trailers, fences, iron railings, sheet metal, outside of tanks, lawn equipment, vessel, iron bridge, iron structures, plant, transportation vehicles and more.

STORAGE, DIRECTIONS & WARNING

- Storage

· Avoid exposure to the fire, sunlight and keep in dark and dry place

· Store in an airtight container at room temperature ( -5~ 35°C )

· Do not store in steel or metal containers

· Storage term to be 12 to 18 months

- Directions

· Shake well before the use

· Remove foreign substances and oil on the steel surface before application

· Secure the surface dry

· Remove the loose rusts with wire brush

· Paint 1~2 time(s) using sprayer or brush

· Do not work under 5°C and/or humidity over 90%

· Coating thickness 15-20?

· Recommended amount one litre per SQM

· Dry away at least 12 hours before next painting

(The interval can be extended beyond 12 hours when coating after shot-blasting)

· Do not use mixed with other products

· Wear gas-mask, protective gloves and goggle during the work

· Do not use the used-containers for other purposes

· Change air frequently when working in closed area
