Easy Closed Reactor

Description Our easy closed vessel is more safety than normal closed vessel like screw closure and bolted closure because we developed and applied the self-sealing design technology to this vessel. Furthermore, we guarantee this product using up to 680bar (10,000psi) and 300°C maximum operating and it easy to open and close with hands and excellent design for the high pressure and temperature owing to use "C" cup type seal that is typically made of polyimide with an energized spring. The standard material of construction is the 300 series stainless steel. However, 17-4-PH stainless steel and other materials are available. 17-4-PH stainless steel is 60% stronger than the 300 series stainless steel and reduces material requirement and makes the vessel considerably smaller in both dimension and weight.
