? Features

• It is able to completely dissolve metal rust, carbon deposits, and oxidized deposits without damaging the coated layer and the metal surface, at room temperature

• It safely removes the rust compared to existing non-organic acid

(hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid)

• It provides an anti-rust effect for a maximum of 1 month after removing the rust

• Processed surfaces are not affected by post-processing such as painting, welding, and coating

• It may be applied to various types of metals

• Washing oxidized layers of metallic patterns, fine devices, fine parts, industrial devices, tools, and bearings

• Repair and maintenance of large storage tank and pipes

• Rust removal in the manufacturing process of cars, heavy machines, ships, and other machines

? Application

- Concentration: original solution -Temperature: room temperature to 50 °C

- Time: 15–30 minutes (may be changed based on the target object)

• Since extensively coated oil or grease prevents hydrophilic MS-100 from penetrating to the surface, it must be removed before the rust removing process (Cleanser: Use Seclean C)

• Choose an adequate operation procedure based on the target (precipitation, coating, spray)

- Precipitation: Dilute it adequately. The processing time takes about 15–30 minutes. It does not need an additional washing process before the drying process. Perform the process by using plastic, rubber, or stainless bowls.

- Coating: Use it only when the washing site or object is small. Wet a cloth with the diluted solution and apply it to the surface. Wash it off lightly with clean cloth after 10–20 minutes and let it dry completely.

- Spray: Use it when precipitation or coating may not be an option. Use a low-pressure spray for the process. Since the specific gravity of the liquid is heavy, sprayed liquid will fall down rapidly.

When spraying the product, start from the top and move to the bottom. Please spray it carefully at connection sites, welded sites, bolts, and cracks. Since MS-100 penetrates well, a simple spraying will allow a deep penetration into the tiniest cracks. Then, spray it with water to clean the surface after 20–30 minutes.

• Since MS-100 does not have any risk of fire, it may be used at any concentration level. Depending on the pollutants state, it may be used at 20~50?. It also may be used at 60? for a rapid process.

• Paint coating may be performed after applying MS-100.

• When sewage water handling is needed, adjust the pH at 7 by using calcium hydroxide, and dispose of it by using an organic precipitation.
