Drive Unit It is recommended to install at the highest location on the rail It is advantageous to locate the driving unit right before downwarded slope for the purpose of back tension. Not to install at an insecure location for the loads, where the tension of chain is unable To concentrate curve rails in the rear of the drving unit in order to reduce the final tension of the chain. To place it in the rear of unloading point, and not in the front side of the loading point It causes knocking if there are more than places with minus(-)tension for one drive,which should be avoided. (note) Long horizontal section in the front side of downward curve has minus(-) tension2. Take UP UNIT To be installed in the location of minimum tension of the rail chain,and in the rail chain,and in the rear of driving unit. It is not good to place it in the rear upward slope Even though it is right before driving unit,installation before downward slope is unfavorable.Installation after downward slope is recommended. various feature a.Weight type is standard for take-up unit. b.Spring type acceptable in case of regukar specification with less up,down and horizontal curves or single drive within 60metersc.Provided that it should be installed at the location with tension below 1/10 fo allowable tension of chain.d.Weight type is to be used for multi-drive(more that a single drive)with one take-up unit for one drive unit.f.In case that chain is passing a drying furnce on the track or being influenced by temperature,it should be weight type to protect the claim from the adverse influence of heat.3. Curve connected rail Where horizontal curve rail and upward or downward slope join together,curve connected rail should be used to prevent possible twist of the chain It requires a straight line of more than one pitch of running roller of the chain 4. Inspection gate For the dual purpose of repair and check up, the gate are installed at intervals of 50~60 meters at the lowest location of the track To be installed right after driving unit, otherwise, right before or after take-up5. Lubrication system The purpose of use is to lengthen the life of chain and roller make sure it cover the whole line Location for installation is at the ecits of such devices as drying furnace,ets, but it may be installed between unloading points and exits to avoid possible troubles to the loads If there would be no troubles to the loads,it should be installed at the exits
