Our high heat conduct housing (Heat sink) to improve the LED life span (reliability) for interior lighting plays a role of body of light-emitting part of LED and make it possible to secure bright luminance and long life span by emitting the generated heat. In case of LED lighting, not only the effect but also the fine view takes an important aspect. However, it is not easy to design the connection part if we adopt a way of installing the cooling fan inside or outside of the housing because of severe heating. Our product effectively realize the exterior requirements of ultra thin type surface lighting, and easy processability, and cost-reducing effect etc. Our product which was produced in die casting method can bring the effect to secure the competitiveness in the field of LED lighting housing, and also the effect of cost reduction of such as raw materials, mold repair charges, labor cost etc. Our Heat sink is used in LED lighting, car audio, chip heat sink of home appliances. We use the optimized structure design for quick heat conduct, and also use the alloy material that has the excellent heat conductivity, so Firstly, it is semi-permanent, and consumes less electricity, non-toxic. Secondly, there is no heating of chip itself, and packaging resin while effectively decreasing the high level of heat generation. Thirdly, there is no decrease of efficiency and shortening of the chip.
