Dandelions, called Taraxaci Herba in the Chinese medicine, are abundant in vitamins and minerals and low in fat and calories, so appropriate for modern people.
According to the program called “Nutripoins” developed by U.S. nutritionist, Dr. Roy and his colleagues, Dandelion was included among 10 nutritional plants in more than 3,000 foods.
-Thistle
Thistle is abundant in silymarin, one of the components of flavonoids, recently receiving public attention. Silymarin inhibits the creation of leukotrien, protecting the liver. Currently in Germany, thistle is used to prevent cirrhosis and other alcoholic liver disorder.
