Characteristics: Ø Unlike conventional soaping agents, ULTRASOAP RS-1 is developed using special organic surfactants as main ingredients based on unprecedented ideas and conceptions. Our product is a powerful soaping agent for removing non-dye fixation and all kinds of impurities, such as cotton, hemp, and rayon after reactive dyes of cellulosic fiber.

Ø It protects non-fixing dye particles and colloidal oil and various impurities remained after or during dyeing process including pre-treatment, and prevents attachment of impurities in dyed articles as well as inside machines via powerful removing effect.

Ø When dyes and metal ion are combined during dyeing process, water-soluble dye particles become insoluble dye, converse to a factor of unlevel dyeing due to cohesion between the various sources or intensify mechanical contamination. Using ULTRASOAP RS-1 in soaping process will completely remove various sources of contaminations occurred from dyes.

Ø Add 0.5~1 g/lin your dyeing process of PET fiber of disperse dye, which will effectively disperse and eliminate various oils and waxes remained from pre-treatment.

Ø Our product completely eliminates alkali residual within fibers in soaping reactive dye articles, prevents hydrolysis of dye as well as poor color fastness.

Ø It resolves color changing and fading, resulting from dampen touch and discoloration effect of dyed articles as well as backlog strain development from alkali residuals.

Ø Anion substance ULTRASOAP RS-1 completely separates and eliminates anion non-dye fixation, which failed dyeing exhaustion from dyed articles using strong-ion repulsion.

Caution

While the product may get frozen under -5 ? temperature during the winter season, it will recover to its original condition by heating the product.
