We, DooHyun Co.,Ltd in Korea, are manufacturing company to produce Aluminum parts & Magnesium parts which is produced by our extrusion machine, 1,350 ton with 6 inch and we have our own facility, 1 set of an extrusion machine, washing place, painting machine, into our new factory.

Presently we produce Milky cover (Mg. part) to use LED the finished goods and supply it to the customer who assemble LED the finished goods. (it is made by Magnesium)

After assembling, they export all of Mg. LED products to Japan and the demand of it will be increasing continuously.

Magnesium material is imported from China directly and size of Mg. billet is Dia.150mm x 350mm (or 360mm) and we are try hard to purchase Mg. billet with a good quality in order to meet customer’s requirement.

Mg. Advantage

l Mg. specific gravity is 1.78 and it is lower than AL 2.7

l Low specific gravity : Of practical metals, it is most light since the specific gravity is 1.78

l Best shock absorption : At 5,000PSI, it shows damping capacity of the vibration in

25 times than AL.

l Best dimensional stability

l High -strength : Mg. alloy- 163, AL alloy - 115, STS304: 63 (Magnesium is less bending.

l Excellent thermal resistance : Among practical metals, it is a very good for thermal effects because heat capacity is most small.

l Electromagnetic autistic strength : It is an excellent at 300Mhz over than AL, STS

l Mg. heat cover for LED : Excellent dimensional stability , Exothermically

l Due to a frequent earthquake in Japan, in the place of the existed AL LED they use, presently they are going to replace an excellent Mg. LED heat sink (cover) which has most light, most strength, an excellent thermal effects as an alternative products and also demand of it is going to increase quickly.

l When Korea clients assemble LED the finished goods, after attaching Mg. heat sink (cover), they supply LED the finished goods to a government office, interior company and installed it.
