POU Gas Scrubber (AP-HPS Series)

The AP-HPS scrubber is designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional wet scrubbers, and for efficient removal of wide range of exhaust gases. It features a unique 4-chamber design and automatic chemical neutralization facility. This function ensures the capture of fine gas particles to 99.99 % removal efficiencies of both water soluble and chemical reactive toxic gases. It is equipped with High Pressure Generator which maintain constant pressure of exhaust gases regardless of different kinds of gases & fluctuation of exhaust gases volume . And Powder Control Unit results in No SIO2 Powder in gas inlet. It is designed to be virtually maintenance free, thus eliminating production downtime and high maintenance costs. It features an automatic inlet cleaning device that minimizes plugging and enables a high tolerance particles. Plastic packing, used in the scrubber chamber, also prevents mist streams and is resistant to powder plugging.
