Introduction
• Why and where is this product necessary?
- Optical sensors have excellent immunity against EMI, so they are not affected by electromagnetic waves.
- As optical sensors have electrical insulation, chemical inertness and corrosion resistance, they are used under special atmospheres, such as high voltage.
- As no separate insulation structures are needed during installation, optical sensors are economical and need minimum installation area.
- Specialized at environments of high-pressure tracks with rated voltage of 24kV–36kV, atomic power and chemical plants.
• Functions
Directly contact an optical sensor to active high-pressure tracks – Monitor temperature in real time.
Apply monitoring temperature according to users’ demands to established environment.
Trigger alarms in established overheating temperature.
Make trip for a limited time while continuing overheating alarms. (Selectively remove the trip function.)
As the LCD display shows the remaining trip time, there is time to take actions before trip.
Remote monitoring through RS 485 communication. (provide a communication protocol)
Prevent fires and control sudden blackout following overheating.
