Alternator components

This is the charging system of the vehicle; the alternator is an important component of the engine because it generates electrical energy using the mechanical energy received from the engine. All the passenger alternators become small and light weight due to the increased electrical load caused by improvement of the fuel efficiency and convenience of the vehicles; the development of high-power and low-noise models is required.

This component changes mechanical rotary motion to electrical energy in order to supply sustainable electrical energy to the automobile system and charge the batteries. The development of high-power and high-efficiency generators is required to meet the increased electrical load and to improve the fuel efficiency of automobiles and, for protection of automobile systems and for the safety of drivers, the application of the generators that has self-inspection function of the charging/discharging systems of the automobiles, the function to warn against abnormal operation, and the function to protect the systems is in increasing trend.
