DOF-PO2 Process

Product DescriptionThe technology may be employed for a pretreatment (solid-liquid separation) and a final process followed by the biological process. The processes of DOF-PO2-DO2 are put together to make one system, so that non-biodegradable organics, color, COD, and biological agents which are remaining after biological treatment can be removed. High concentration of ozone of the technology makes it possible to overcome the limitation of the general AOP(Advanced Oxidation Processes). Product Specification / Models- High removal rates of SS, and Phosphorus by coagulation and flotation. - High removal rates of non-biodegradable organic material, COD, Color, and biological agents. - Strong stabilizing ability of the high loading impact, such as livestock wastewater, so that producing stable water quality. - Off-gas containing unused ozone is reused to remove odor. - The following biological treatment process of the technology can maximizes organic removal and de-nitrification. - Automatic operationof the whole PLC process - By removing SS with the DOF, ozone utilization rate of the PO2 process is enhanced. ? (To remove the same COD concentration: about 1/2 is reduced) - Area of the plant site is reduced by combining the flotation and ozone oxidation processes. ?
